'QuietMarsh originated from a heartfelt dream to share true Neapolitan pizza with Venezia. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-owned shop perpetuating recipes passed down for generations.
Mia Romano, our visionary, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her voyages across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza traces its origins. On her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the quintessence of Italian pizza using age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
What started as a cozy pizzeria with only 12 seats has evolved into a cherished community staple, our dedication to excellence and genuineness ever constant. We continue to employ traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek the most impeccable ingredients available.
Currently, 'QuietMarsh' is still under the care of the Romano's, with the family's second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While we have adopted contemporary touches, the essence of our enterprise stays unchanged: delivering delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
